We were invited for a wonderful brunch and egg-hunt from her Auntie Jenn’s family. She had a blast!

Because the summer deployment was canceled, there was less of a need for horsey support this summer. We took a pause from riding. Enjoy her last lesson! She will be back for a week’s camp in June.

Our favorite Vietnam Vets came to visit us on the way from DC to Albuquerque! It was so wonderful to catch up with them and to hear all about our friends in New Mexico.

We had a simple birthday party on 27 April to celebrate Iris’s official entry to being 8 years old.
